On the hug page, BlogClanners post troubles they have. Other BlogClanners will respond and give virtual "hugs", hence the name "Hug Page". The Hug Page is accessible from the drop down menu on the top of the site.
You can get a hug whenever you want and as long as you want! :)
In 2021, BlogTeam announced that BlogClanners could no longer go into detail about their troubles. This wasn’t decided because of any one event, but rather because BlogTeam doesn’t want any Hug Page comments that could potentially be harmful to the person requesting hugs or to anyone else.
